Mary F. Williams kicked off the new school year with an assembly on Friday showcasing our new discipline plan. Students enjoyed a reader's theater telling the story Miss Nelson is Missing. Students then got to show their P.R.I.D.E. listening to 5th graders explain what each letter stands for. Then Mrs. Jackson presented videos demostrating good and bad behavior in different areas of the school. Lastly, Mrs. Lawhorne presents our new program called Lunchtime Bingo which is a program to encourage good behavior in the cafeteria.Due to upgrades in our online system, all users must obtain an authorization letter in person at your child’s school in order to register on this Web site under “New User Registration.”
This year, there is a new process to log into Edulink Intouch to view student grades or emergency information. Follow the steps below:
You can pick up your printed authorization letter which will have a student “passcode” that you will need when you register on your school’s Web site any weekday from 9AM to 3PM. Bring a photo ID. We will not be able to give you the passcode if you do not have a picture ID with you.
After receiving the letter, go to your school’s Web site and register by clicking on the left button “New User Registration”
Fill out the online registration form and enter your student’s ID number and “passcode” for each of your children in PWCS schools.
After you have registered as a “New User” on the Web site, you will be able to log in to Edulink Intouch (also a button on the left of your school’s Web site) and view your student’s information. Currently, Edulink does not offer the on-line gradebook for grades 3-5 like it does at other schools. We hope to have this feature before the end of the school year. You will be notified when this becomes available. The online gradebook is not available for grades K-2.
